Description
This position oversees the day-to-day operations of our program offices and assists with administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversees office functions and data input for the agency database
- Prepares program correspondence
- Monitors incoming and outgoing mail
- Conducts efficient filing
- Coordinates program bookkeeping duties
- Monitors and orders office supplies
Requirements
- Completion of a certificate program with a secretarial or office management course or a minimum of six months' paid secretarial experience, which can include up to three months' volunteer or student field placement experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency with excellent organizational ability
